FITS is seeking an experienced Windows IT Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support our client's work developing celebrated, genre-defying games. Your work will focus on day-to-day technical infrastructure requirements. This may include remote system and application support, network diagnostics, asset management and physical hardware configuration. Qualified applicants need to be highly organized with strong communication skills, possess a customer-first mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced game production environment. This role will own the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) implementation and infrastructure management for all users.

Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux server operating systems and applications.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

• Manage network servers and technology tools.

• Set up accounts and workstations.

• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.

• Develop expertise to train staff in innovative technologies.

• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Qualifications
• 1-5 years' experience as a Windows IT Administrator, System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.

• Experience with networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.

• Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.

• Experience with Azure and common cloud administration.

• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.

• Excellent communication skills.

• BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience; professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communications skills as well as strong background in risk and vulnerability analysis; knowledge of risk modeling and frameworks; and recommending risk mitigation strategies.

Pay Range: $33.65-$43.27/hour

The FITS pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or other law.
