Job Description
We are seeking experienced Windows IT Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. In this role, you will own the implementation and infrastructure management of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and provide Tier 1 technical support to game developers. Responsibilities include end-user support, remote application and system troubleshooting, network diagnostics, hardware setup, asset management, and onboarding support. You'll collaborate with a small onsite IT team and Tier 2 escalations team to ensure seamless technical operations. This role requires 5+ years of end-user support experience, along with 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure and M365/Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)administration.

• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience supporting the gaming industry. Previous experience supporting the TV or film industry is also a plus as the skills could transfer well.
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux server operating systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Develop expertise to train staff in innovative technologies.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Windows IT Administrator, System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
• Experience with networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
• Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
• Experience with Azure and common cloud administration.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience; professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA is a plus.
