What You'll Do
Enhance IDEs like Visual Studio and Rider with customised tools for Windows developers.
Improve the language service experience across Windows development environments.
Productionize specialized Windows hardware for proof-of-concept builds.
Set up and optimise Windows-based development environments.
Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies in Windows workflows.
Provide deep technical support to internal teams and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
Stay up-to-date with emerging tools and best practices in Windows development.
Collaborate across teams to gather feedback and continuously improve developer experience.
Research and evaluate new technologies to drive infrastructure innovation.
What You Bring
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming (C preferred; C a plus).
Strong background in Windows-specific development and tooling.
Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
Solid troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Experience with Scripting or system programming (PowerShell, Bash).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
