JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record(link removed)>
Active Bar Admission in Delaware(link removed)>
34 years of substantive experience in complex commercial litigation(link removed)>
Experience handling matters involving breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty(link removed)>
Excellent writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters in Delaware state and federal courts.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for hearings and trials.
Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice groups and offices.
Advise clients on case strategy, procedural developments, and substantive legal issues.
Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert coordination.

Compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary range of $235,000-$310,000, commensurate with experience.
