- Preferred schedule: 8 hours per day, Mon-Fri, may be flexible for right provider
- Treat patients across the lifespan (kids, adolescents, adults)
- Dynamic care team including RNs, LPNs, MAs (1:1 ration), referral and care coordinators
- Dental and Behavioral Health services also available at site.
- 5 weeks PTO to start + 9 paid holidays + 4 days CME + CME / license stipend

- Salary = $110K - $117K (may flex up DOE) + Extra Stipend for Bilingual Spanish

Salary depending on experience:
$110,500 for 0-2 years exp.
$113, 815 for 3-4 years exp.
$117,229 for 5-7 years exp.
