Our client, an up-and-coming beauty brand, is looking for a professional and dependable temp-to-hire Wholesale Sales Coordinator with experience in the beauty industry to join their Los Angeles team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating sales operations, overseeing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer support.
- Responsible for managing all PO entries for retailers / Maintain highlights of retail exposure metrics.
- Coordinate Swatch fabric program / ship and prepare samples.
- Conduct inventory audits every month.
- Update and process expense reports for sales team.
- Tracking KPIs (key performance indicators) and providing insights.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook)
- Knowledge of wholesale procedures and sales processes.
- Experience with inventory management and order processing.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
