Join our team as a Wholesale Product Specialist, where you will collaborate closely with commercial paint customers to meet their needs and provide expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products. In this role, you will be essential in resolving customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction while staying informed about our product offerings and maintaining high-quality visual standards in our store.
Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products and services
- Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with wholesale customers
- Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
- Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas
- Selecting products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Preparing and mixing products as requested by customers
- Organizing shelves and creating attractive displays
- Maintaining cleanliness of store equipment
- Assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Making deliveries when necessary
- Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing
- Staying knowledgeable about available products and discussing options with customers
- Adhering to inventory control procedures
- Offering suggestions to enhance sales

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must have authorization to work in the country without needing visa sponsorship
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications: - Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
- Experience selling paint and related products
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish
