As a Wholesale Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with commercial paint customers to understand their needs, respond to inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. Your main goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly while staying informed about product features and maintaining the visual and quality standards expected by our clientele.
You will be responsible for not just providing outstanding customer service, but also for consistently achieving the sales objectives of the store. This position may involve customer contact, including minors, and access to cash, electronic devices, personal information, and store merchandise.
This role requires flexibility, as the selected individual will be expected to work at stores within a 5-10 miles radius of store , located at: 411 Doylestown Rd. Montgomeryville PA 18936.

Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Engage with customers in-store and over the phone, identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Establish trustworthy relationships with wholesale customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
- Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
- Help organize and maintain the sales area, including stocking shelves and setting up displays.
- Clean equipment and assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Support delivery efforts when necessary.
- Keep assigned areas stocked and visually appealing.
- Stay knowledgeable about current products and options to assist customers effectively.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
- Develop and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for employment work visa status, now or in the future.
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Prior experience in selling paint and paint-related products.
- Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Fluency in more than one language is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
