Join our dynamic team as a Wholesale Product Specialist, where your primary focus will be helping commercial paint customers find the products that best suit their needs. You will provide exceptional service by answering questions, recommending solutions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
This full-time position offers a competitive starting rate of $16.50/hr. You will work at Store , located at: 4864 Evanswood Dr., Columbus, OH 43229.
Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building trusting relationships with wholesale customers.
- Effectively determining customer needs both in-person and over the phone.
- Processing sales transactions accurately while following company policies and procedures.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals consistently over monthly, quarterly, and yearly periods.
- Maintaining organized and updated work order files and formulas.
- Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and setting up displays.
- Cleaning store equipment and assisting with deliveries as required.
- Keeping assigned areas in-stock and visually presentable.
- Staying knowledgeable about our products and discussing available options with customers.
- Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements for sales performance.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Physically able to lift, carry, and retrieve materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Previous experience in selling paint and paint-related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language, including Spanish.
