This is a full-time position with a hiring rate of $16.50/hr located at: 883 King Ave., Columbus, OH 43212.

Responsibilities include: - Providing excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone by assessing their needs
- Building productive relationships with wholesale clients
- Accurately processing sales transactions
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
- Maintaining work order files and formulas
- Tinting and mixing products to customer specifications
- Stocking shelves and setting up displays
- Cleaning store equipment and assisting with deliveries
- Keeping assigned areas in-stock and presentable
- Maintaining product knowledge
Minimum Requirements: - Age of at least eighteen (18) years
- Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- One (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
- Experience selling paint and related products
- Experience with tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish
