Description

As a member of the Reinstatement Team, you will work on various tasks across our contracts. Previous experience with tarmac, Modular & Rigid surfaces work is essential. We seek individuals who take pride in their work and aim for first-time quality excellence.

Your tasks will involve working on public highways, building sites, and private residential land, all while adhering to safety standards. You will work to meet client needs cost-effectively, providing technical expertise and teamwork to deliver top-quality service.

You will engineer solutions on-site, focusing your team on completing work right the first time. Collaboration with the scheduling team is crucial to manage and deliver programs effectively. You will support the company's operations by communicating with internal and external customers and managing business and client database systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Have previous experience in Reinstatement for Utilities
  • Understand site safety and setup, prioritizing public and team welfare
  • Utilize Modular+ (smartphone system) & Client Computer system for feedback on commercial and reinstatement activities
  • Coordinate with Support Services and Street Works Teams to manage liabilities and maintain a right-first-time approach, complying with regulations including NRSWA
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach
  • Ensure good timekeeping and proper management of tools and equipment

Experience and Qualifications
  • Understanding and experience in the Utility industry
  • NRASWA qualification
  • Full and clean driving license with HGV C1 entitlement
  • Awareness of health and safety standards
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with basic software
  • This is a physically demanding role requiring outdoor work in all weather conditions
