Coastal Wildlife & Pest Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced and highly polished Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is not your average CSR gig - we need someone who can handle high-pressure calls, manage escalations with grace, and be the friendly, reassuring voice of our company.

What You'll Be Doing:

Answering incoming calls with a smile you can hear

Scheduling appointments and routing calls to the right team members

Handling escalated customer concerns with empathy, confidence, and professionalism

Making outbound calls to follow up on services, estimates, and customer satisfaction

Acting as a calming force when customers are stressed or upset

Mastering our CRM and phone systems (we'll train you, but tech comfort is a must)

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of customer service experience (bonus if it's in home services or pest control)

Exceptional phone presence - clear, warm, confident, and unshakeable under pressure

Experience handling customer escalations and turning tough situations into positive outcomes

A team player who takes pride in being the voice of the company

Fast learner with strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written communication for follow-ups and documentation

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly

Someone new to customer service

Anyone who's intimidated by handling upset customers

People who ghost interviews or think "punctual" is optional
