Job Description

Pilot Flying J is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to enhance our high-volume, quick-service restaurant operations.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing the daily restaurant operations within a travel center. Key responsibilities include:
  • Stepping in for the Restaurant General Manager when necessary
  • Assisting in the recruitment, coaching, training, and development of Team Members
  • Directing and assigning tasks to Team Members
  • Fostering a positive work environment
  • Expediting food service and aiding with food preparation
  • Ensuring high guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and maintaining a safe food handling environment
Pay Rates Starting Between: $48,700.00 - $70,565.00 / year

Qualifications

As an ideal candidate, you will possess outstanding leadership and customer service abilities, along with a strong sense of integrity and accountability at a managerial level.

Additional qualifications include:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least one year of food service management experience
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
