Summary
A Wellness Associate will be responsible for providing a high level of outstanding customer service by giving
prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service to all Guests in the Vitamin & Cosmetic Department. A Wellness Associate may assist the
Wellness Manager with placing orders, obtaining or receiving merchandise, and direct customers to the location of products throughout the
department. A Wellness Associate will create and maintain department displays, ensure all pricing is accurate by placing the correct shelf tags
and sale signs throughout the department, and share their knowledge of Lassens monthly AD's and sales in the
Vitamin & Cosmetic Department with customers. A Wellness Associate will use their knowledge of vitamins,
supplements and cosmetic items to answer questions and educate customers within the proper parameters.
Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Contribute to the maintenance of minimum margin expectations of 50% for Vitamins and 44% for Cosmetics.
2. Follows and enforces "Lassens Sup/Cos Stocking & Facing Policy".
3. Follows and enforces "Lassens Special Order Policy & Procedures".
4. Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
5. Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
6. Hangs correct shelf labels and signs in front of correct products using UPC and date range as
exclusive criteria.
7. Obtains merchandise requested by customer or receives merchandise selected by customer.
8. Provides outstanding customer service and answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of
merchandise, within the proper parameters.
9. Cleans shelves, counters, or tables.
10. Calculates sales discount to determine price.
