At MSV Housing, we're committed to ensuring our customers have good quality, safe homes. Our Wellbeing & Tenancy Sustainment Team Leader plays a key role in achieving this goal.
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Head of Customer Voice and Community Wellbeing, the Wellbeing & Tenancy Sustainment Team Leader is responsible for delivering MSV's Wellbeing and Tenancy Sustainment services, collaborating across the Group and with external partners.
Additionally, we are looking for candidates passionate about advocating for people and communities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team, working collaboratively across the Group.
- Lead and be responsible for delivering initiatives that benefit MSV's customers.
- Implement and oversee tenancy sustainability strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Identify, deliver, and review wellbeing and sustained support services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to maximize joint working and promote interagency collaboration.
Requirements:
- Level 4 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Housing or willingness to work towards it.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the Northwest.
- Experience in managing people effectively.
- Experience in delivering wellbeing support and managing related services.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
