Position Summary The Welcome Desk Receptionist represents a welcoming and professional environment for patients, visitors and staff. Serves as the primary point of contact at the front desk, managing phone calls, assisting patients and staff, and provides administrative support.
Essential Duties - Create a positive, inviting first impression to promote and maintain open communication with all.
- Welcome and direct patients, visitors and staff upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate area.
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate area.
- Route deliveries to the appropriate area.
- Coordinate long-distance, conference and international calls for our providers and staff.
- Perform clerical or data processing functions as needed.
- Adhere to security protocols: manage vendor log, issue visitor badges and monitor building entry procedures.
- Maintain the front desk organization. Clean and well-stocked with supplies.

Minimum Qualifications - Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Work Experience: A Minimum of six (6) months of customer service required.

Salary Range: $18.81 - $23.79
