Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum

As a Cluster Team Manager at Aspirations Care, you'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. The ideal candidate will be a role model to others, demonstrating excellent support to those we support, and you will help the Registered Area Manager to coach, support, and manage staff teams effectively.
You will work a minimum of 1 day a week with the individuals we support, with the remaining time working off shift.
We provide 24/7 support to some people, so flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays, is required.
You will report directly to the Area Registered Manager and work cohesively with a team of senior support workers and team leaders to ensure smooth service operation.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
You will have delegated responsibility for the supervision and line management of a team of Support Workers. Alongside the Registered Area Manager, you are responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery, while promoting independence and choice for the people supported. As a senior team member, you will promote and lead good practice, ensuring safety and satisfaction for both the individuals supported and your colleagues.
As Cluster Team Manager, you will:
- Have experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
- Have experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans
- Possess good IT skills and experience in maintaining records
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent), or be able to achieve this within 18 months of appointment
- Have a Full UK Car License
