Job Title: Weekend Receptionist

Job Type: Part-time (work schedule every other weekend)

Location: Sarasota, FL

Job Summary:

Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to manage the front desk both Saturday and Sunday from 8am - 8pm and PRN when needed during the week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents, families, and guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and residents in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

- Manage resident and guest check-ins and check-outs

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and faxing

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Provide tours of the community to potential residents and families

- Assist with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents

- Respond to resident and family inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be available to work weekends and PRN during the week
