Weekend Option Nurse Position - Join Our Team at The Springs of Red Oak.
Under New Management. We are excited to announce a fresh start with a New Director of Nursing (DON) and New Administrator at The Springs of Red Oak. We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Option Nurse to join our compassionate team and be part of this exciting new chapter.
Position Overview:
As a Weekend Option Nurse at The Springs of Red Oak, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents during weekends. This position is vital to ensuring that our residents receive the care and attention they deserve during critical weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care and support to residents based on their individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures.
- Monitor resident health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented and evaluated.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in Arkansas.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care to residents and their families.
Schedule:
- Weekend Option: 7am-11pm / 11pm-7am
