Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Precision Today has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This position pays $16-$20 per hour.

Schedule:
  • Sunday-Thursday: 9:30am-6pm, 7am-4pm Sundays
  • Tuesday-Saturday: 10am-6:30pm, 7am-4pm Saturdays

What you will do:
  • Call customers from prior day for quality check
  • Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
  • Call on customer list to offer promotions
  • Follow up on reviews positive and negative
  • General inbound customer service
What you bring:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong attention to details
  • Conscientious, team player
  • Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
  • Clear background check and drug screen applicable per state law
