Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Ensure food preparation meets health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to provide efficient and seamless food service.
- Assist with plating and presentation of dishes to meet our high culinary standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Check out customers using the POS system, ensuring smooth service during peak times.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
