Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Efficiently execute orders, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of dishes.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Stock and replenish workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
  • Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
  • Strong knife skills and culinary expertise.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
Schedule:
  • Hours vary, including breakfast and dinner shifts.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.
