Do you love collaborating with brides and meeting coordinators, while working with an ocean view? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Wedding & Sales Coordinator at Sebasco Harbor Resort. This position is located in Phippsburg, Maine. While the Sebasco Harbor Resort is seasonal, this is a full time full year position.

The Wedding & Sales Coordinator is a key member of the sales team, responsible for supporting the hotel's Director of Sales, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination of weddings and events collaborating with the operations departments of the resort. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to upholding our high standards of guest satisfaction and event service.

Prior hotel front desk experience, or hotel banquet experience is great, but if you are organized and detail oriented and can work weekends, we are happy to train the right person and personality. This position is a great start for your hospitality sales career. Apply today, our season opens soon.
