We're looking for a Digital CRO & Personalization Manager to lead optimization efforts across our ecommerce and wholesale platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer with a strong passion for A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and personalization. You'll play a key role in enhancing the user experience, driving engagement, and maximizing conversion through continuous experimentation and strategic insights.


Key Responsibilities


Conversion Rate Optimization & A/B Testing

  • Own and execute the CRO roadmap, fostering a data-driven culture of continuous testing and experimentation across ecommerce and wholesale websites.
  • Analyze user behavior to uncover friction points and optimize key areas of the site including landing pages, checkout flows, and navigation to improve performance and engagement.

Personalization & Customer Experience

  • Build and maintain a long-term personalization testing roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Act as the in-house expert on testing methodologies and personalization strategies, supporting cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, creative, and development.
  • Lead personalization initiatives across ecommerce, wholesale, email, and paid media using platforms such as Dynamic Yield and AI-driven recommendation engines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between personalization, content performance, and conversion path optimization.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Translate A/B test results and analytics into actionable insights and long-term strategies that drive growth.
  • Continuously evaluate site data to identify new CRO opportunities and measure the effectiveness of ongoing optimizations.
  • Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to uncover emerging best practices and new approaches to personalization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in CRO, personalization, and A/B testing, with a strong background in ecommerce.
  • Extensive experience with Dynamic Yield or comparable personalization/testing platforms.
  • Proven ability to partner with development teams to implement testing strategies and troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Deep understanding of user experience design and customer journey optimization.
  • Expertise in optimizing key conversion points such as landing pages, mobile UX, and checkout flows.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Dynamic Yield, and other testing platforms.
  • Background in hypothesis-driven experimentation and data storytelling.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Apparel or retail merchandising experience preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
