Overview The Website & Multimedia Manager is responsible for using their knowledge of design practices and programming languages to create and maintain web sites and multimedia projects for a variety of uses.

Responsibilities Developing & Maintaining Websites - using publishing, scripting, designing, and content management to conceptualize, create, test, implement, and maintain websites and web applications

Creating multimedia content that includes videos, graphics, text, images, sound, and animation

Ensuring that video, sound, graphics, animations and timings function as intended and make good use of processing and data storage capacity

Collaborates, consults and actively participates in new idea generation, brainstorming concepts, and making recommendations for creative ways to accomplish goals

Converts scripts and storyboards into multimedia web-based assets

Remains current on web and multimedia tools, presentation styles and development trends

Assist with creative duties, including copywriting for websites, social and digital media and graphic design

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in related field

Relevant degree in Web, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation

Proficiency in Word Press, content management systems, and dynamic web development

Proficient in design and development with Adobe Cloud software

Proficient with scripting languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript, programming languages and writing code and scripts to integrate external applications with existing systems

Graphic/digital design experience with strong focus on mobile and UX/UI

Knowledge of audio and video streaming protocols

Knowledge of Section 508 requirements and application to web development

Experience in Prezi

Experience with working with AI (preferred)

Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Blueprint Certified (preferred), and Yext

Takes clear ownership of assigned tasks, ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Willingness to learn new products quickly and apply best practices

Comfortable working on a distributed team while working remotely

Recognize recurrent or potential issues and problems, and know when to escalate and propose solutions, where possible
