HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Update and manage product listings, specifications, pricing, and technical documents on the website.
- Ensure data accuracy for industrial SKUs, including compatibility, dimensions, part numbers, and certifications.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to launch new products and promotions online. Optimize website usability and search features to help industrial customers find products efficiently.
- Support integration with ERP systems, inventory databases, and shipping tools.
- Content creation using Chat GPT
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers.
- Manage digital imaging, ensuring high-quality product visuals for website and marketing use. Manage storefront accounts like Amazon, Ebay, and Walmart.
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, data sheets, product flyers, and catalogs.
- Create branded promotional items (e.g., giveaways, branded tools, packaging) for customer outreach and events.
- Work with external vendors to ensure timely production of printed and promotional materials. Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Track KPIs like website traffic, product page engagement, and conversion rates. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent with 3 years of experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in an industrial or B2B setting.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva.
- Strong written and visual communication skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Prior experience creating trade show materials or coordinating marketing assets is preferred. Knowledge of industrial products (e.g., fasteners, motors, valves) is highly desirable.
