2 Scope of Services The Department of Children and Families (the "Department " or "DCF ") is seeking qualified candidates that will assist the Office of Information Technology (OITS) in their daily operations, support, and services. The services requested in the following eQuote will be procured in accordance with the Department of Management Services (DMS) State Term Contract (STC), entitled Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services, -22-STC-ITSA.

The term for this staff augmentation position is intended to be until June 30, 2024. The term for this engagement may be extended for a period not to exceed twelve months from the expiration of the State Term Contract contingent upon funding and satisfactory performance. The Department may select one or more candidates in this position. Candidates available immediately are preferred. Candidates can either work part-time or full-time. The number of weeks is dependent upon the available budget.

2.1 Primary Job Duties and Tasks The Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) is seeking a Webmaster Advanced (Job Webmaster (C. 2.2 Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) The submitted candidate must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:

As a Web Master, your primary responsibility includes enhancing user experience by creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and secure sites. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT teams to ensure that the architecture aligns with the organization's needs and goals.

Minimum Required KSAs:

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the job duties listed below: Website Maintenance: Regularly updating and maintaining the website to ensure it functions correctly, remains secure, and delivers a positive user experience. Content Management: Adding, editing, and removing website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements. Web Design: Implementing and managing the website's design, layout, and user interface to ensure it is visually appealing and user-friendly. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing web pages and content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic to the website.

Web Analytics: Monitoring website traffic, user behavior, and other relevant metrics using tools like Google Analytics to gain insights and make data-driven decisions. Website Performance: Regularly monitor and optimize website performance, including page load times and server responsiveness. Security Management: Implement security measures to protect the website from cyber threats, such as malware, hacking attempts, and data breaches. User Support: Addressing user inquiries, feedback, and technical issues related to the website. Website Testing: Conduct regular testing, including cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing, to ensure the website works well on different platforms. Domain and Hosting Management: Overseeing domain registration, renewal, and managing website hosting services. Ability to provide excellent customer support, meticulous quality of work, and work product.

2.3 General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) The submitted candidate(s) must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:

1. Communication: Able to clearly convey information, in both written and verbal formats, to individuals or groups in a wide variety of settings (i.e.; project team meetings, management presentations, etc.). Must have the ability to effectively listen and process information provided by others.

2.3 Education and Certifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. (Required) Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (Desired) and MS Dynamics Power Platform Certifications (Desired) 3 Vendor Response Please include the following information in your candidate submission.
