POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the digital marketing team, the Web Specialist is responsible for the usability and maintenance of our websites by overseeing day-to-day web operations, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing. Serves as the primary point of contact for urgent website updates ensuring timely completion. The primary responsibilities will include executing website updates in a timely manner, troubleshoot site related issues, monitor website analytics to provide data-driven recommendations, and conduct quality assurance reviews
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, information technology, data processing or related field required. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript. Thorough understanding of website management, dynamic website components, page templates, browsers and navigational concepts. Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Siteimprove for monitoring website performance and making data-driven decisions. Experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or similar. Understanding of UI/UX principles to enhance user experience. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize website performance. Ability to monitor and interpret website analytics and identify trends and areas for improvement. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion
