Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of software developers in crafting applications that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to prioritize and manage web team assignments.

- Communicate progress and performance updates from the web team to leadership effectively.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with a strong grasp of object-oriented design, web architecture, and database design.
- Expertise in delivering web and eCommerce solutions using ASP.NET, MVC, C , and JavaScript.
- Proficient in code versioning and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
