MYMODE thousands of movement algorithms with a first-of-its-kind approach to sustainability in the workout space. As a complement to the higher intensity workouts, Tracy developed HeartStone: a moving meditation program that fuses grounding, slow movement, and sound healing for a deeply tranquil practice.
