Job Summary Minnesota Housing is hiring. We're a mission-focused financial institution looking for a Web Developer who will be responsible for both the front and back ends of the MN Housing websites and will be an expert in web-related software systems, application programming, and Azure Cloud technologies. This person will be designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining accessible websites and intranet that are for MN Housing and manage its web environments.
Essential Job Duties - The person in this position will be responsible for both the front and back ends of the MHFA websites and will be an expert in web-related software systems, Cloud technologies, and application programming.
- This person will be designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining accessible websites and intranet that are for MHFA and manage its web environments.
- The individual in this position will work closely with the Communications Department to ensure content, graphics, and navigations provide a positive user experience.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications To be qualified for and considered for this position, applicants must meet all of the minimum qualifications listed below. Only applicants whose resumes clearly demonstrate fulfillment of each of these minimum qualifications will be considered for this position.- Three (3) years of experience in web development and programming.
- A Bachelors degree in Information Technology will substitute for one (1) year of experience.
- Three (3) years of experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering highly scalable internal and external facing web solutions including user interface development, queries, workflows and web services.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery libraries and Web APIs.
- Experience with Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Experience using web content management and web analytic tools.
- Cultural competency as demonstrated by skills for communication and interaction across cultures and awareness of one's own world view and that different world views exist
Preferred Qualifications - Experience using web content management and web analytic tools
- Experience administering or developing Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience with SOAP or REST APIs
- Experience working with one or more of the following programming languages and frameworks; NodeJS, Python, .NET Framework or Core (C )
- Experience working with a Source Control system such as GIT and Azure DevOps
