Web Designer with Security Clearance

Peerless is seeking a Web Designer supporting The Joint Warfare Analysis Center in Dahlgren, VA. The candidate will have experience analyzing, formatting and presenting data from simulations, into interactive visualizations, providing guidance to the design and composition of data which could be interpreted by a broad military audience. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional services. Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging and responsive websites using modern web technologies.
Conduct user research to understand client needs and improve user experience.
Utilize tools like Figma and Bootstrap to create wireframes and prototypes.
Maintain and update existing websites to ensure optimal performance and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web solutions with backend systems.
Analyze website performance metrics to inform design improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree
Minimum of three (3) years' experience
Experience with DoD preferred
Active TS/SCI clearance (some positions may require SAP)
Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
