Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Web Content Specialist to join their team. This position is located in Richmond, Virginia.
Duties:
- Partner with internal customers to develop and execute messaging based on their intent and objectives
- Work within an internal framework to build, test, and release digital messages to the web and mobile banking application
- Apply analytical thinking to create targeting that ensures messages are delivered to the intended audience
- Work within Insomnia to call GET and POST requests to test and troubleshoot messaging logic
- Work in Web browsers, Xcode, and Android Studio to test messages on various channels
- Communicate closely with various individuals and teams on the status of assigned projects
- Gather and analyze data from Tableau, Splunk, or other sources as requested
- Follow established team processes and engage in process improvement
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- 1+ years of experience within digital marketing
- 1+ years of campaign, content, or messaging testing experience
- Client-relationship management & stakeholder engagement skills
- Detail-oriented, tech savvy, naturally curious
- Ability to translate technical jargon to non-technical marketing associates
- Ability to quickly pick up on complex systems with initial trainings
- Experience with Immulator, Android Studio, Insominia, Xcode, APIs, Workfront, Tableau, Splunk
