Support web publishing for member organization by optimizing digital platforms to increase member engagement, elevate end-user experience, and drive traffic. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital presence aligns with our brand identity and strategic goals
specific responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and publish high-quality web content that is consistent with our brand voice and messaging
- Collaborate with marketing, cross-department teams, and partners to create engaging online experiences
- Maintain content calendars, ensuring timely updates and relevance of all digital assets
- Analyze web traffic metrics and user engagement data to inform content strategy and improvements
- Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancements.
- Ensure website data is current and new content is uploaded
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize web content and tagging to enhance searchability
- Social media content creation, planning, and monitoring
- Contribute to brainstorming and development, followed by support and execution of content strategy
- Monitor personal production schedule to ensure deadlines are met
- Become fluent in CEO aesthetic and brand guidelines to ensure branding is consistent across all content
qualifications
: - B.S. or B.A. degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
- Must be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Must be comfortable following direction and implementing changes, while balancing strong design and tight deadlines-pivoting easily from project to project
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or website publishing
- Strong understanding of web content management systems (CMS) and best practices. Craft CMS skills a plus
- Proficiency in SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and solid HTML knowledge
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Reports to the Director of Marketing. Has daily contact with Membership, Events, and Education Department staff.
external relationships
- Board Members, Event Chairs, and Committee Members, as well as vendors/suppliers.
salary range
- This position has an approved salary range of $52,000 - $58,000.
