Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Analytics Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ecommerce and sales funnels, with expertise in SQL, Adobe Analytics, and Python. This role is crucial for analyzing and optimizing our online sales funnels, identifying opportunities and friction points, and providing actionable insights to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• nalyze wireless mobility sales funnels to identify opportunities and friction points.

• Develop and maintain reports to track sales performance and provide insights into why certain trends are occurring.

• Collaborate closely with digital marketing partners to bridge gaps and find opportunities for improvement.

• Work with data from various sources, including voice of the customer data, to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer journeys.

• Investigate customer behavior to understand why customers do not convert and where they go after disengaging.

• Focus on both existing and new customer acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Ecommerce and sales funnels.

• Proficiency in SQL, Adobe Analytics, and Python.

• Proven track record as one of the strongest analysts in previous roles.

• Comfortable working with digital sales teams across various organizations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing and business partners.
Team Environment:

• Work alongside other analysts, each with a specific focus (e.g., accessories, ad a line flow).

• Embrace a team approach with no hardline between analysts.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and business partners, including marketing, technology product teams, and digital.

• Engage with everyone involved in the digital sales flow to ensure seamless operations.
