Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Wealth Management Sales Associate to join our fast-growing team in Southlake, Texas. As a Sales Analyst/Associate, you will work closely with and assist Senior Business Development Officers as they introduce prospective clients to our comprehensive range of financial solutions. You will play an important role in onboarding and new client implementation workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Soltis Investment Advisors' wealth management solutions and services.
- Assist team members at Soltis Investment Advisors in tracking new client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Salesforce.
- Build or modify marketing proposals for prospective clients
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to the onboarding process for new clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by providing outstanding customer service.
- Support the client onboarding process by coordinating with Fidelity representatives, gathering documentation, and managing follow-up communications.
- Build customized investment proposals and input data into financial planning tools like eMoney and Nitrogen.
- Participate in prospect and client meetings by taking detailed notes, managing action items, and assisting with implementation tasks (e.g., submitting trade tickets, placing structured notes).
- Assist with scheduling, CRM delegation, and executive administrative tasks as needed, including occasional travel for prospect meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and prospects.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for client relationship management and tracking.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Series 65 license required or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
