Riley's experienced tax and financial advisors leverage the diverse resources and expertise of its affiliated companies to help clients create a sound financial strategy based on their financial goals. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Acts as liaison between Tax and Financial Advisors and internal departments (Compliance and Finance). 2. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. 3. Prepare and scan documents into firms imaging system, including indexing of scanned documents to client accounts and maintain branch file rooms. 4. Prepare various types of correspondence and management reports using Word, Excel, and other necessary software. 5. Data entry of tax return information 6. Interacts maturely and effectively with Tax and Financial Advisors clients, and internal contacts. 7. Performs other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, and Skills: 1. Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college/university and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree 2. Must be a rising Senior or Senior 3. Finance, Accounting, Business, and Economics majors preferred 4. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred 5. Strong finance and accounting skills 6. Exceptional research, analytical and quantitative reasoning skills 7. Self-starter with a high level of initiative and motivation 8. Ability to work in a self-directed manner in a project or deadline-driven environment 9. Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels 10.
