- Experience every side of the business through structured rotations in Warehouse, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Operations - giving you a well-rounded foundation for long-term success

- Complete a blend of online and hands-on learning designed to sharpen your skills and accelerate your development

What will you bring:
- Open to potential relocation
- Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline: Civil Engineering Business (Supply Chain/Commerce/Marketing), Trades (Plumbing/HVAC/Construction), Humanities (Psychology/Sociology)
- A dedication to continual learning with an aim to succeed
- Results-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Career ambitious and able to envision long term career growth
- Sales experience such as retail or wholesale considered an asset
- Any second language, not required, but an asset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities
- Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Steel-toed boots (reimbursable up to $200 with receipt)
