We are in urgent need of Project Managers to manage and ensure every stage of the construction process is on track. As a Project Manager, your supervisory responsibility includes Interviewing, Hiring, Training & Mentoring employees, who you will then plan, assign and delegate work to. In addition to resolving any employee issues, you must also be in accordance with company policy & applicable law.

Job Details
  • Proficient in end-to-end pipeline design for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure, including new installations and retrofits. Skills include hydraulic modeling, condition assessments, control valve specifications, and developing plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Experienced in collaborating with geotechnical and structural engineering subconsultants to deliver integrated pipeline design projects from concept through construction.
  • Adept at preparing and presenting technical proposal sections, project approaches, and interview presentations to win new business.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, oversee technical design, perform quality control reviews, and mentor junior staff. Ensures designs meet client requirements and industry best practices for safety, reliability, sustainability and cost optimization.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years experience designing municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. Skilled in detailed design of both pressure and gravity pipe systems, including preparation of plans, technical specifications, hydraulics, and cost estimates.
  • Knowledge of California permitting requirements a plus. BS in Civil Engineering or related field required.
  • Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California.
  • Extensive experience with design software, hydraulics modeling, CAD drafting, and infrastructure standards. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality designs on schedule and within budget.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and client management skills. Passionate about sustainably designed infrastructure that improves communities.
