Job Description


In this role, the Water Process Specialist will be responsible for growing the sales and visibility of our Water Process products portfolio by managing relationships with key customers, laboratory equipment reps, and channel partners in the assigned territory.


What Will You Do?

  • Achieve set annual targets for the product portfolio by developing and driving execution of product strategies with our power plant and water treatment facility customers.

  • Build demand using product and application expertise including seminars, workshops, and be the point of reference as an applied markets product champion.

  • Work closely with regional sales, product specialist manager, manufacturer's reps, channel and key accounts to identify market and customer opportunities in order to increase market share and revenue growth while also driving critical initiatives

  • Support and facilitate market research into key market & pricing trends and evolving customer requirements.


How Will You Get There?


Education

  • Bachelor of Science, required


Experience

  • 3+ years of confirmed experience in a sales or marketing position in industry, academia, or equivalent with exposure to laboratory consumables and equipment


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Passion for laboratory equipment and the associated markets

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from market trends

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Ability to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgment

  • Strong interpersonal and time leadership skills
