Watch Floor Operator

Reston, VA We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Watch Floor Operator to support mission-
critical operations for a classified project based in Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will play a
pivotal role in maintaining and operating mission systems, ensuring uptime, and effectively
communicating with mission partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and Maintain Mission Systems: Support and sustain system functionality 24/7/365 while working 12-hour shifts.
• Follow Check Sheets and SOPs: Adhere to operational procedures to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring maximum uptime for mission success.
• SOP Development & Updates: Draft and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) in real time to adapt to evolving conditions.
• Monitoring & Surveillance: Observe system GUIs, phone communications, and equipment room activity to detect and address potential system failures.
• Communication & Coordination: Interact with mission partners via email and phone to relay operational status and troubleshoot issues.
• Reporting & Documentation: Draft meeting minutes, summarize key findings, and present reports to management.
• Travel Requirements: Occasionally travel to customer locations for briefings and mission support. Required Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (Mandatory)
• Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a similar role
• Technical Skills: Basic computer troubleshooting skills
• Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team, and critical thinking capabilities Desired Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with VM-Ware, networking, and system administration
• Certifications: A+ and/or Network+ What We Offer:
