Minimum Qualifications:
e A Masters degree with a major in Educational Administration.
e Certified to practice as a school principal in New Hampshire.
e Deep understanding of both literacy and math instructional best practices.
e Working knowledge of Multi-Tiered System of Supports and its use to
promote student SUCCESS.
Desired Attributes:
e Five years of elementary school teaching and administrative experience.
e Evidence of excellent communication skills with all members of the school
community.
e Thorough understanding of educational law and its implementation,
particularly as pertains to special education and section 504.
e Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may
find appropriate and acceptable.
