Overview The Software Developer will support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of custom web-based applications for a
federal judiciary client. The ideal candidate is experienced with full-stack Microsoft development technologies and has strong skills in requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and documentation within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities - Design and develop secure, scalable .NET-based applications
- Maintain and enhance internal systems and public-facing applications
- Develop SQL Server stored procedures, triggers, and views
- Implement user roles, access restrictions, and workflow logic
- Collaborate with QA and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality software
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming
- Create technical documentation and assist in knowledge transfer
Required Skills & Tools - Microsoft .NET 4.8 / .NET 8.0 (C )
- SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers)
- Telerik / KendoUI, Bootstrap, JQuery
- Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans)
- Agile SDLC methodology
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio)
Preferred Qualifications - Federal or Judiciary experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
