Are you the Warranty Administrator - Powersports we're looking for? To thrive as a Warranty Administrator - Powersports at Fox Powersports Grand Rapids, you'll need a blend of essential skills and a proactive mindset. Proficiency in processing and submitting manufacturer warranty claims is critical, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Effective collaboration with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel will help guarantee that warranty documentation is thorough and accurate.

Exceptional customer communication is vital-keeping customers informed during their service enhances their experience and builds trust. You should be comfortable with administrative tasks, including filling out repair orders and cashiering, with strong PC skills being a significant advantage. An outgoing, personable, and approachable demeanor paired with a clear speaking voice will foster positive interactions within the team and with customers.

While service experience is helpful, it is not a requirement; we believe in training the right candidate who is ready to embrace this exciting opportunity. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
  • Accurately process and submit manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring full compliance.
  • Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure warranty documentation is complete.
  • Keep in contact with customers while service is being done.
  • Filling out repair orders.
  • Cashiering customers.
  • Able to assist with administrative tasks as necessary - PC skills are a plus.
  • High School graduate (or GED)
  • Service experience is helpful but not necessary. We will train the right person.
