We're currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Warranty Administrator to support our growing Service Department.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately for manufacturer and extended warranties
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer warranty guidelines and deadlines
- Maintain organized records of all claims and payments
- Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
- Provide timely updates to management regarding claim status and trends
- Stay current with manufacturer policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive warranty administration (preferred)
- Familiarity with CDJR warranty systems and procedures a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Working knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) platforms
