This individual will be organized with the ability to multi-task and possess good customer and communication skills, we have a great opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative assistance to support the service team
- Receive warranty claim documentation, research missing information, create claims in various systems
- Promptly address and resolve customer concerns and service follow-up issues
- Maintain open communication with technicians, management team and customers regarding job status
- Manage the warranty aging with making adjustments for automatic write-offs and working with management on short pay balances to maintain a clean aging balance.
- Providing monitoring and analysis of warranty data leading to identification of potential issues and concerns
