Warehouse Worker/Laborer

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. We have two open shift avaliable, Start Time: (12pm to 8pm) Evening Shift Start Time: (8am to 5pm) Morning Shift Pay: $31 to $39 an hour Monday through Friday Paid weekly Responsibilities Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock movements. Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe handling practices are followed. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts as needed. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that the warehouse is clean and free from hazards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow within the distribution center. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting processes. Utilize basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management. Support e-commerce operations by preparing shipments for online orders. Skills Proficiency in picking and packing processes within a warehouse setting. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for efficient inventory tracking. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus. Knowledge of distribution center operations and best practices. Ability to operate pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts safely (certification preferred). Experience with material requirements planning (MRP) systems is advantageous. Strong basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
