The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all shipping and warehouse functions at the Houston branch. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely shipment of diesel engine parts, managing inventory, completing inventory transactions and cycle counts, maintaining all ERP system requirements, providing oversight for two warehouse employees and ensuring all company procedures are followed in a safe work environment. Additional responsibilities include ensuring facility requirements at the branch are addressed. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for achieving objectives while exhibiting Storm Industries Core Values


A. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Regular Functions include:


Supervises warehouse employees, ensuring the work is completed, all company policies are adhered to, and safety practices and procedures are followed.


Completes and ensures order processing and shipping transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner.


Manages and completes data input into the ERP system, ensuring accurate data and information are input into the system.


Manages inventory to assure accuracy and stock levels. Oversees/completes cycle counts.


Assists with any physical building requirements.


Monitors compliance with ISO requirements in the warehouse.


Other duties as required.


Periodic Functions include:

Identifies and recommends process improvements for efficiency.

Leadership Responsibilities:

Directly supervises one to two employees in the warehouse.




Conducts supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Manages employee attendance, performance management, safety programs, order accuracy and customer service.

Ensures performance objectives are outlined and completed in a thorough and timely manner. Recommend and assist with employee development programs.

Coordinates with HR for employee development requirements.

Works with Human Resources for employee relations matters, coaching, counseling, and corrective actions.
