Position Summary: Work in production for general admin tasks. Have ownership of assigned key customers for all production related areas from incoming to shipping. Other duties to be assigned as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Own and manage key customers as assigned by production planners.
  • Prepare daily shipments for key customers.
  • Become proficient in our JobBoss Reporting System and Unipoint Quality System.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for production planners.
  • Perform inventory tasks to support production floor loads and shipping schedules.
  • Handle raw material purchasing and planning to support customer P.O. requirements.
  • Maintain open order reports.
  • Close out completed jobs by verifying quantity and location details electronically.
  • Present Monday morning reports for key customers to planners.
  • Assist in packaging and paperwork to prepare customer products for shipment.
  • Assist in backfilling tasks on the floor to support on-time delivery.
  • Prepare the daily floor production as directed by planners.
  • Audit the floor daily for production stoppages and report back to planners.
  • Growth potential to other roles within the company.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office / Excel etc.
  • Attention to details
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Computer skills are essential
  • Good communication skills: Read and write in English required
  • Ability to work in the US, as a US citizen or green card with approvals (ITAR approved)

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
