The Warehouse Operations Manager will be in charge of overseeing the shipping/receiving, material handling, and continous improvement within the manufacturing warehouse. They will provide leadership to 13 shipping/receiving individuals and work closely with the Senior Director of Operations to ensure operational efficiency throughout the warehouse.

Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager will be in charge providing leadership to the warehouse team, ensure safety protocol and measures are upheld, manage a high volume of skus (10k+), and be able to implement continuous improvement processes with Senior Leadership to increase the flow of materials.
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- SAP experience (preferably APO)
- They will have 5+ years of leadership experience and will have several years of experience managing a manufacturing warehouse rather than a distribution center.
- They will have experience handling materials within a high mix, low volume environment, ideally in a similar industry (biotech, pharma, med device)
